QatarSale is a platform that offers commodities and provides the ability to tender on them electronically. This service is designed to facilitate the buying and selling of vehicles through an electronic auction method.
1. Offering by Electronic Auction Method (For Sellers)
1.1 Registration
The person wishing to sell a vehicle through electronic auction must register their data with QatarSale Company. This includes:
- Copy of personal ID card
- Copy of the vehicle title deed
- Seller's phone number
- Copy of the vehicle technical inspection (if any)
- Payment of fixed financial fees, including advertisement and administrative fees
1.2 Fees and Deductions
If the vehicle is sold, the fees will be deducted from the seller. If not sold, only administrative fees will be deducted, and advertisement fees will be returned. Specific scenarios related to incomplete sale procedures are detailed, with corresponding deductions and returns.
1.3 Seller Responsibilities
Provide accurate vehicle details, including technical inspection and maintenance records. Ensure the vehicle is available at least half an hour before the auction. Complete title deed transfer within one week from the auction award date. Adhere to all conditions, or risk seizure of advertisement amount, administrative fees, and security amount.
2. Purchasing by Electronic Auction Method (For Buyers)
2.1 Registration
The person wishing to bid must register their details with QatarSale Company, including:
- Personal ID verification
- Phone number and email registration
- Collection of security amount for auction subscription
2.2 Fees and Deductions
Specific deductions and returns are detailed for various scenarios, including successful purchase, incomplete procedures, and non-award of the auction.
2.3 Bidder Responsibilities
Provide necessary identification and security deposit (QAR 1,500). Obtain a username and password for auction participation. Comply with administrative fees and other conditions related to auction awarding.
3. QatarSale Company's Role
QatarSale Company is an electronic marketing company and does not bear any legal or financial responsibility regarding the sale and purchase processes carried out through the website or electronic auction. It collects administrative and advertisement fees only and disclaims responsibility for the announced vehicle or its data.
4. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
4.1 Parties
First Party: The QatarSale Auction Website
Second Party: The registering party (referred to as the second party)
4.2 Agreement
Whereas the parties, having full legal capacity, agree to the following:
The First Party specializes in professional marketing and advertisement, offering the QatarSale Auction service.
By pressing the "Register" button, the Second Party agrees to all the above terms and conditions.
